If i was penalized would i know it webmaster tools ?

For 10 days my site has gone from from 10th to 1000+ for my 2 main keywords on g00gle

traffic was 50 per day now its 2.

I have no warnings in webmaster tools and the site still appears with site: search.

Am i likely to bounce back over this amount of time or is it now shafted ?

No backlinks lost but more backlinks were added around the time it dropped.

    What type of backlinks did you add? You may have to remove or disavow them.
