Can we treate those as backlinks?

Recently built blogs has social sharing option, right. Now my query is if I share any blog post to any social site like facebook or twitter then can I count those share as a backlink?

To be more precise..........
Neural Networks-A Comprehensive Foundation, 2nd Edition by Simon Haykin | My Archive For You
this blog post has 1 FB share, 4 twitter share, 1 G+ share and 2 LinkedIn Share. So how many backlinks will I get from 8 social shares?

    I was under the impression these are credible links but that each site is only counted once I could be wrong but what do I know. Also I have yet to see a twitter or facebook link shown in Alexa why is this?
