Does inner page backlink gets pagerank juice only?

If we get a backlink to one of the inner pages, does it mean that the main homepage doesn't get any pagerank juice with that backlink?

    It does if there's a link pointing to the homepage from that page. But the amount of link juice would be shared with all the other links on the page minus some.

      But if i get a backlink only to my inner page, means my homepage can't get any link juice from that backlink?

        The destination of the backlinks gets the most juice - so your inner page. But then that page will pass juice to other pages it links to. So if it links to your home page, your home page will get some juice. If it points to other inner pages, those pages will get juice. The more pages that inner page links to, the less juice each page gets - and there are probably other factors like if the link is in a menu, sidebar, footer, content - but those pages will benefit from the initial backlink.

        This is why the internal link structure of a site is so important.
