bravesite blocking robot text?

Hello,

Im not to good with robot text but however one of my website that i created on it has robot text like this

User-agent: * Disallow: /

does that block google?

i checked because when i put in my url in google it was indexed but it says:

this description ..blahaha because of robots.txt

But i created this website yesterday?

So what happened?

apprently you have to pay to get robots.txt to unblock robots......... it not mentioned anywhere... just trying to scam people into building a big website blog which will be useless as it wont be indexed!
