If a people are paying for a keyword it has value....Right???

If several Google ads are listed on the right side of the screen then their is some value in the keyword correct???

    It probably has value for those advertisers, but that doesn't mean you'll necessarily have a way to monetize that same traffic.

    Example, If a heavy equipment sales Adwords bidder is selling backhoes via paid search, do you have a backhoe to sell? I guess you could try & rank pages in organic search, then sell leads?

    Are you asking whether the keywords would have value or have a cost per click associated with them? If an advertiser is willing to pay for an ad to be triggered when a specific word or phrase is used, then yes that word or phrase would have value to that advertiser. Any keyword term used in Google Adwords is going to have some kind of CPC.
    Yukon raises a good point. If you are intending to capitalize on those keyword phrases, looking at ads triggered by them may not be the best method for determining how valuable they would be to you and your efforts.
