Need some advice on hosting and seo

I have a question to those who know. I want to try something out with my local non-English sites. I see a lot of one page sites in my language on first places in Google and seems they have thousands of backlinks. So I thought I would try this out with fiverr gigs, if it doesn't work, haven't lost that much money. It seems to me that Google doesn't pay much attention to link building or any black hat stuff when it comes to google.lt, google.ee, google.lv etc so I just might succeed.

Anyway, I'm wondering if Google will punish my other sites if I put the domain under my regular hosting account? Maybe they will find out my linkspamming and punish other sites with the same hosting even though they only have quality links?

No, if you're on shared hosting, chances are you're sharing with hundreds of sites that aren't yours, it wouldn't make sense for google to penalize them all.

How about some FREE unique handwritten articles for your website, blog, SEO, guest posts, etc?

Btw, I have seen similar stuff in google.lv and google.ee... Sites are ranking pretty good with scrapebox blasts.. I think it's only matter of time when they are "gone" or they might have some pretty strong links that make up those ugly-looking backlinks.
