Hello,

Recently i launched a blog at blogspot.I'm new to blogging. The problem is that when I create next post I it replace my previous post. But my main keyword is on that post, and my links are to myblog.blogspot.com.

So how can I make my first post to be on myblog.blogspot.com everytime when I create a new post.Is there an option for that.

If that is not possible is is ok to link to myblog.blogspot.com with my main keyword, or better to link to my first post myblog.blogspot.com/myfitstpost.
If I link to myblog.blogspot.com with my main keyword will I rank
myblog.blogspot.com/myfirstpost for that keyword?

Help please.

If you want to rank a single post for a keyword, point links with that anchor text to the post itself, not to the main page of your blog. Your blog's homepage should have the widest niche keyword, while your single posts should be more specific.

Ok, but what is better to rank myblog.blogspot.com or myblog.blogspot.com/post for my main keywords?

Well, your main keywords are the most general ones, so you want them on the main page (like the main title, description, maybe a text box in the sidebar etc.). Those things will show up on every post anyway. On individual posts you target more specific keyword phrases.

So if your blog is about Eminem, your title would be something general about Eminem, maybe Eminem Fan Blog or whatever. Then a general description "Check out Eminem music, Eminem merchandise, and news about Eminem." etc. Then you have a post about Eminem's first cd with appropriate keywords, a post about Eminem getting arrested with appropriate keywords, Eminem's new clothing line with appropriate keywords, etc. Something like that. That's how I do it.

So your MAIN keywords (the general ones) don't need to go in a post. Use the header, sidebar, and footer.

Thank you but where should I put this general description, and can I put my affiliate link there?

Can you give me example of blogspot?
