Nope, once you are banned, you are banned for lifetime. You cannot create another new adsense account.

I'm being kind here. What I would advise is that you go find a job at your local McDonalds and get out of trying to make money online. You would be money ahead.

To get a new adsense account change all of the above. Create a new website (or shift your content to a new domain), a new legal entity and then reapply and strictly follow google TOS.

When the account was closed the first time, what was the reason they gave you? Have you ever actually READ the TOS? Did you know that creating another account after you've been banned is ALSO a violation of the TOS, so therefore no matter what you changed you're GOING to be banned period as soon as they figure it out. You need to find a new ad program.

same here. I've been banned almost 4 times now. With these experiences, I can tell that it is the website where the ads are placed that causes my account from getting banned.

I was banned from adsense years ago. I don't know how I violated the TOS but it was probably by becoming complacent about reading their updates and missing a small change in the TOS somewhere.

Yes it was very frustrating at the time - I was earning $600 a month from Adsense. But it clearly states that once banned you can't open another account. And if you do you will be banned again. So any frustration about being banned more than once is pointless.

Move on to other things.

There are lots of alternatives to Adsense, there are many, many ways to make money online. Just opening more accounts and then being surprised they get banned seems like a frustrating way to spend time to me. Find an alternative or try something new, don't waste time and energy trying to find a way round the TOS.

Once you have been banned you can not come back again even when you create new account. The system is program to detect banned users like you and stop them from signing up again.

The only possible option is to create one in your brother, sister e.t.c or company name and indicating the account is for company and using an entirely new site.

Adsense bots knows your IP. Your toast with adsense.
Go to jvzoo and set up an account with them. What happens is that your competition got on your site and clicked adsense ads till you got fired. Bye Bye competition. Need Adsence lock from Clickbank. Suppose to not allow more than a couple of clicks from that address at one setting.

Invalid clicks! I didn't even use any bh stuffs. I used adsense for 3 years and 1 day I got banned because of invalid clicks. I have read the TOS.

I'm innocent. I did not violate any TOS. As you know there are dozens of publishers got banned for invalid clicks or impose risk for advertisers. This is stupid, we publishers didn't do anything wrong and get banned. That's why I'm quitting adsense now and for eternity. Such a program is not worth joining although it is the best CPC program now in the world.

I can explain to you how invalid clicks are formed

Someone keep clicking on your ads->Google filtered invalid clicks out before finalize the earning but sometimes google failed to do so -> invalid clicks shown in your adsense dashboard (CTR more than 40%) -> Since CTR is high it will trigger manual review by adsense team (20% and above), they will not ban you so easily.

Also, if your earning is $80~100/day you will get manual review by google team too. I am very clear creating another account is violating adsense tos.

It is not a lifelong earning using adsense program.

$80-$100 a day isn't a lot of money for an AdSense publisher, and wouldn't automatically trigger a manual review. A high CTR would, but it sounds like you must have had PROVABLE invalid clicks. Otherwise they wouldn't have killed your entire account.

The subsequent deletions have been because you didn't listen when they said "Don't make another account."

I've seen a lot of people proclaim innocence in these situations and I'm not passing judgment, but the only reason someone would click an ad other than a genuine interest in the product is if they were paid to do so. According to Google, that's what happened on your site. 40% CTR doesn't happen naturally unless you're tricking people into clicking or paying them to. Google has to protect their advertisers.

And stop saying you're "quitting" adsense. You aren't quitting... you were fired.

Yes friend, do one thing first create a new website with top level domain and post niche content,with some seo. Then,apply for adsense account. Don't ask anybody for clicks and visitors.You have to make it own by seo and content.

That was why they banned the first one, sure. But they banned the subsequent ones because they told you not to create another account after they banned the first one.

And you still haven't listened, you're still trying to find ways to make another account. They don't want your business... whether that's "fair' or not isn't relevant, you should find another ad program.

Subsequently I created 3 more adsense accounts (all banned)

Since my first account was banned for invalid clicks, the subsequently accounts created will be banned too.

Google is unfair this is true, I never violate any google adsense tos and get banned.

It is possible to create another adsense account I got a friend who have more than 10 adsense accounts.

They've already asked you not to make another account. They don't want to do business with you. Why do you keep pushing it?

Put yourself in their position for a moment... you own a system and you decide that, for whatever reason, you don't want to allow a particular person in. Maybe they did nothing wrong... maybe they're just "suspicious" and you'd rather err on the side of caution. So you kick them out. And then every day, week after week, they keep trying to make more accounts and you keep shutting them down.

Wouldn't that CONFIRM your original belief that there was something suspicious and that they couldn't be trusted? At this point, you just want them to go away... but they keep coming back, and complaining that you won't listen to them. Are you going to cave and let them in? Or tune them out.

You already know the answer here. Just find another ad program.

You will NOT be able to REGAIN your adsense account per say... Less than 1% of webmasters that get banned, appeal and get their accounts reinstated...

You will be banned every time you try to sign up again. I have a friend that was banned 6 times at all and finally he decided to try with a different project and he is pretty happy right now! Do NOT use Google Adsense because nowadays they ban people WITHOUT any reason!

I think there are 2 ways to get your new adsense account
- new id/entity/address/website
- reborn with new life, but need 18 years before you grown up (not encourage)

If not mistaken, they can banned anyone who related to banned account. Which mean once banned mean also banned to your entire family. You son, your grandson all can't join in future as they are related to you. I am not sure if this also apply for colleague.

CTRTheme , you are really annoying , the fact that you saw a BIG increase in your CTR , especially over 40 % ( LOL ) and you didnt do anything that proves its your fault , when you saw you have a big CTR that dosent look normal you should have removed the ADS from your website and send Adsense an e-mail that you might be under some attack , that you removed the ADS and will work on something to fix it . They dont have time to deal with everyone , im pretty sure they dont have anything against random people such as yourself , so pretty much you got banned couse its your fault.
