PR seems to be N/A or 0, help me out

Hi

I seem to be in trouble with my website I dont see why I can't get my PR over 0, Can anyone guide my maybe im doing something very wrong.

    A) You don't have any backlinks with PR over PR0.
    B) The PR toolbar data hasn't updated since you built links with a PR above PR0.

    good question. although a few of my sites took around 2-3 weeks to get to PR1
