Many niche authority sites or one big authority site.

Hello warriors:

I started my internet marketing project about 12 months ago and build a program that can generate unlimited amounts of lead generation niche websites. Two of them which have been fully optimized with on page edits
are:

paymentgatewayfinder.com

International Merchant Account | Payment Credit Card | Payment Gateway Services & Solution

I have spent a lot of money and time building this software which functions also as a back end once the leads come in.

My idea was to rank them number 1 in google for specific niches and have people fill out the forms for a lead. I have done about 40 days of off page edits and the process have begun.

My keyword are extremely competitive so I am currently building up each niche site to becomes its own overall authority page and then over time I would have an authority niche network with about 15 money sites. I figured this could take some time maybe 12-24 months with posting about 20 articles per each site per month and doing a lot of other off page stuff.

After reading the forum and doing a lot of research it looks like it may be better to create one huge authority site and have each niche on a different page of the site. that way instead of creating all the niche authority sites.. I read I should create one huge authority site and this will be better to rank in the serps. So I would basically have each of the niches sites on one main site which would mean that each page of the main site would get major off page seo making the site one huge authority site. would you guys recommend this structure over the many separated niche sites?

Also all my niche sites are brand new so have no page rank and pr. So I was thinking to pay with a budget of around $240 to get a domain that is at least 12 years old with a pr of 4 or 5 and then switch my idea and build the main authority site. I think this will be better then using brand new niche sites and then when I build all the niche sites off the main big site each page will get better rankings from the main domain since it will have pr and be older from the start.

What would you guys recommend for me building momentum to use the smaller niche sites and create a network or building the main authority site off an aged domain?

I am super commitment to IM and have already spent 12 months building this software and spent alot of making making it perfect. if i make the huge authority site i will have to program all this into my back end so it will put me a few more months behind and ill have to spend more money. is it worth changing my model to the super authority site?I want to make sure I have the best chance of success and not waste time doing the wrong one.

i don't mind spending the time changing my model if it is a better way..
Thanks everybody

Buying an aged domain with existing pagerank in your niche (ideally) is a powerful way to jump start your SEO.

I would begin to monitor the domain auction websites to try and find a non-spammed domain in your niche with existing PR. Buy the strongest domain possible and you will be may be able to rank your internal pages (for longtails depending on the competition) on the strength of your domain.

Once you acquire a suitable domain, you can either 1) get it indexed with a page of relevant content and then 301 redirect it to your existing domains or 2) take your site down and allow Google to deindex your content and re-post it on your new domain (make sure no one has scrapped your content before doing this).

I would start by building one authority domain and then go back and build out the second domain into an authority (or rebuild it on a high PR domain). No harm in taking over the SERPs ;-) and spreading your risk (In some niches, I have 3-4 websites targeting the same keywords - keyword domination is your goal)

But yes, IMO authority domains are the way to go.

    Good luck!

Definitely change your model to the authority site with the high PR domain. You'll rank for a lot more stuff, and any SEO you do will benefit all areas of your site. You're effectively supporting each area with other areas.

Look into siloing it and keeping only relevant pages connected... in silos.
