Strategies for PPC Campaigns on Various Platforms?

Are you being asked to “explain” your strategy on half a page?

If so, I suppose if the target market were people renting cars, my strategy would be as follows:
-Set up targeting to be the area that the company serves.
-(if you are using adwords) set up display advertising on websites where the target demographic spends their time.
-Set up ad scheduling to times when the target demographic is most likely to be looking for rental cars.
-Use key terms (if using a paid search platform) that the target demographic is likely to use (based on keyword research of course).
-Divide the campaign into logical adgroups (again if using adwords) based on the keywords we are targeting so that each adgroup is very specific (for instance one adgroup for location specific searches and one adgroup for model specific searches).
Location specific might be : car rental Denver, Denver airport car rental, rent a car in denver, Denver rentals.

Model specific might be: crown victoria rentals, rent a hummer, rent a chevy aveo
-I suppose my strategy might also include reporting of some sort on a weekly basis
