Good place to get a few Anchor Text Backlinks

Hello All,

I'm starting to get some good backlinks coming to my website, but the problem is that none of my links have any kind of anchor text. I have read that these are important on the forums.

I was just wondering if there was a place that accepted anchor text links to an external site. I know some paid for PR sites offer this, but i'm looking for something for free. I'm sure there must be loads out of there.

    Picking your own anchor text is against Google's TOS. Go get links of value if you want your website to survive.

    Good to know that you have acquired some good quality backlinks. Don't worry about the anchor text too much because over optimizing the anchor text can put you in trouble. If 20% of your backlinks have got anchor text, it will be more than enough.

    I've found anchor text to be very important and hard to undo if you make a early mistake, with a lot of back links anyway. I made one site and picked a two word anchor text which was researched and thought to be perfect for my niche. Well a couple months or so later I realized I didn't do my research well enough and a different two word phrase would be better. I changed my anchor text on thousands of back links but G is still using my original selection. So, I only know what I know but I'd be very careful selecting your anchor text, make sure its what you want.

    Rather than building links on anchor text, since it looks like an intentional link building and unnatural, you can concentrate on natural way of linking to your website. Technically say, rather than using Anchor Text, be prepare yourself for Co-Citation/Co-Occurrence.
