    Start. Create a site in an evergreen, desperate buyer niche. Write good content (good English with persuasive copy built-in) Send traffic to great affiliate program via text links or your own even better product. Add some good, solid, non-spammed backlinks towards the site over time from decent unspammed sites with good DA/PA (some related niche - some not - doesn't seem to matter much - yet!). Keep adding content to attract further long tail traffic. Decent internal linking a la silo structure Yukon style (easy on the internal anchor text just as you should be on the external). The odd link out to external "references" or "resources". Add a little bit of basic, obvious social. Stop.
