Disallow links in webmaster tools-great option for ranking

I found the best option of bringing back the ranking positions on track, by using disallow option, find the below steps to do the same.

First of all login into the Google Webmaster tool and list out all the back links that you have got for the website, cross check the rankings of the website of the back links and list out in a notepad and submit the same in the webmaster tool disallow option. After which you should ensure that you are doing quality submission to get better positions for the keyword.

    I have never head that anyone have got their rankings back with this disavow tool...

    I don't think so, I have used it to remove naughty links. But, Yeah...Links got removed but didn't got the rankings back like it was before.

      I lost most of the keyword positions and got betterment in ranking after doing the disallow activity, after which i am doing quality submissions which help me to better my ranking more.
