so many links from one domain to another

I have 2 domains ( domain A and domain B)
Domain A has around 1000 internal pages. Each of its internal page has 20 anchor texts linking to an internal page of Domain B.

To sum up, Domain B gets a total of 20,000 back links from entire domain A .
I would like to know whether or not this unnatural situation would cause any google penalty. If yes, Which site would suffer most?

Hope some of you will read this and reply soon. Thanks.

    Dear Bruno,

    As you said,

"Domain B gets a total of 20,000 back links from entire domain A ."
    >> Your domain 'B' may suffer IF,

    1. Domain 'A' & 'B' both are hosted on same server

    +

Domains are sharing same IP address

    +
The registered owner is same for both domains.

    2. Business or industry wise Domain 'A' & 'B' are not related at all.

    3. Links from domain 'A' to 'B' is passed from most exact/repeated anchor texts.

    Thanks.

      1. no, they are not on the same server, they don't share same IP.
      2. they are related to each other, they are in the same industry.
      3. yes, they are repeated anchor texts.

I can not variate the repeated anchor texts. They are site-wide. Each page has around 20 different anchor texts.

If it's not possible to variate the anchor texts, then you may remove link
from 50 % of anchors. (Do not remove them all at once, remove ~50 links a day)

Simultaneously, keep building ~30-40 Natural links with same anchors from other Good sites.

You might gain a penalty. Also so many backlinks from one site won't give your site much benefit.

I know I will not get so much benefit. However, I don't have any other options. I can not change this situation. I just wanted to know if my domains have a high risk of being penalized because of disproportionately large number of links from one to another.

How to make 20,000 look natural, lol?!?

Better try to remove the backlinks (if it is a blog, write an email to the webmaster). If you can't make it, there is a possibility this to be a SPAM BOMB to your website (another webmaster submitted a LOT of backlinks to your website and this way he tried to outrank you.) // The only think you can do is just to try to submit your website to HIGH authority sites and try to get about 1% of the total backlinks you have -> about 200 from good authoriry sites... Yes, this could be hard, but otherwise you could have your website banned by Google.

    Wish you Good Luck!

Yes!! you will have to remove a lot of links slowly. 20000 is a huge amount of links from the same site. Google will find it suspicious and will definitely take action.

Forget about any such nonsense replies.

Think about it. How many sig links do you think people have
here from the WF? And they are worried?!?!?!!?

So many myths about backlinks, same ip, and other
      such rot.

Why is it that the big internet players never worry about
such nonsense, and use it to the fullest?

Why would google give a rat's hat?

People just fall all over these myths because they heard a guy
who knows a guy who swears he knew a guy...
