Adwords: 82 clicks, 80% bounce rate, continue or not?

Hey everyone,

I've been running my ad campaign on Google Adwords for a few weeks now and I've only received 82 clicks. But the bigger problem is that the bounce rate is 80% without the visitor going to a page other than the landing page.

I was told to wait till 150 to 200 clicks before stopping a campaign but the bounce rate is simply too high and I fear that I may be flushing money down the toilet.

Should I continue or discontinue the campaign?

It's an e-commerce site by the way.

It was recommended to my by an ecommerce coach to wait out until 150 to 200 to see sales. At the moment I'm not making any money.

The reason why I'm uncertain as to wait till 150 is because of the high bounce rate.

        Dear TheEliteWarrior,

80% bounce rate is simply much HIGH!!

I would advice you to pause the campaign.

Then, try to figure out below,
when customer lands your 1st page through Google Ad, Is that page design & content powerful enough to make them click your next landing page?

With 80% bounce I dont think 1st page is good.

Try to make that 1st page make them Click!

You may resume your campaign then.

You don't have to wait till 150 click because someone said so. Trust your senses and do what you think best. If you get 82 clicks with 80% bounce rate without a sale on a quality network like Google, definitely something is wrong.

It may be your keywords, landing page or even ad copy.

Check how related keywords you're targeting are.
Use a simple but professional landing page.
Make sure your ad copy match your landing page and products you're promoting.

Pause campaign and take a look at those stuff

I kindly recomend you to take a look on the website first, becouse if you don't convert to any buyers maybe you have some problems with the website. So pause for some time and then see if something changes
