Keyword Twice in URL/Title

I am setting up a new site and have a question about keywords in the URL/Title.

Say my domain is CC.com (I WISH, just example ), and the CC stands for Cars Cheap.

Would a permalink structure like this be bad (in terms of Google penalizing it for the double keyword)?

cs.com/cars/new-cars

Would it be wiser to change the /cars/ (can't be removed - custom post type) to something else even though the structure would not make as much sense?

Same question for the Title... is the below ok?

New Cars - Cheap Cars

Or would New Cars - CC be better?

Thanks for your insight!

I think you are worried about what a google search algo
thinks rather than a human being. If you really want
to maximize the googlebot, maximize a human visitor
    first. All else will follow.

Whenever I see someone worried about getting a keyword here
and there, it always makes me think they are already doing
    the wrong things anyway.

    Here's a better idea:
    domain.com/vehicles/motorized/gasoline-powered/cars/4-door/new/cheap/...

Reminds me of my data structure subject back in college.

Thanks for the reply. But, I guess I was asking if theoretically it is bad?

And personally, my urls are never longer than 5 words... domain.com/vehicles/motorized/gasoline-powered/cars/4-door/new/cheap/ is way too long.

I dont find it a problem. Its very common that you have keyword in your domain and the categories can be of same domain. There don't seems to be any problem with this concept... Be stress free and move on

The pattern of setting the keywords for the page should be mentioned below:

    <keyword1>|<keyword2>|<keywords3>-<domainname>

and the URL structure can be way you have specified in your post.

Keyword once in title is good enough, if more = keyword stuffing
