google Rank but not get traffic

Hi Every One

My keywords is 11 position in google.com and his exact search in Google adword tool is 1300 but i dindnt get any single visitors any one can tell me why ???

    You are not on page 1 yet.

    Most people click the first 3 results, a few will scroll down lower.

    Just keep up the SEO work and you will eventually get there

    You need to get to page 1. And, much more importantly, within the top 3 results.

    How many global searches do you get for your keyword? I personally don't bother with anything less than 3K EXACT per month.

    I was at position 10 for "ultrasound technician" which at the time supposedly received 33,000 local searches a month, in a months time I had 14 visitors from the keyword "ultrasound technician".


    As stated above you need to be in the top 3, and sense your keyword doesn't get that much search volume I wouldn't bother, unless it's for a expensive item that all you would need is a few sales to make a lot of money.
