Good day,

I am sturggling to get my new site indexed in Google, so I submitted a site map to Google Webmaster Tools.

It has come back with this message:

Network unreachable: robots.txt unreachable
We were unable to crawl your Sitemap because we found a robots.txt file at the root of your site but were unable to download it. Please ensure that it is accessible or remove it completely.

I have looked at my site via filezilla and I cannot see a robots.txt file?

I used to have wordpress on the domain, but it has since been removed and a static site has been added. Google still have the old wordpress files indexed and not the new .html files.

What should I do?

Thanks
