    On Fiverr, people use automated softwares to create 1000s of links, if you check quality of those links you will find many irrelevant and spammy links that can harm your rankings.
    but as impulse said tier 3 and tier 4 links could be ok to try.

    what the heck is linkwell safe? is linkwell=panda/penguin? gonna do a bit of research.
