my blogs suddendly got blocked in bloggar blog, what do i do now

my new blogs i just created in bloggar blog got block and termed as sperm just now. it all happened when i inserted adsense code on it, i tried it again in another one the same thing happened again .

this blogs contain fresh and unique content personally written by me and know link to it yet, i don't know what to do right now i really need your help here.

    Try to verify your phone and also use a good IP as google are banning a lot of proxies and IP recently.
