I'm working out target keywords for SEO on a new website of ours and would like to get some additional sets of eyes on my data. I'm using Market Samurai and Google Keyword Tool for my info. I ranked them in the order of potential success, in my own opinion, with Keyword 1 being the best possible option out of six. I'm new at SEO (very new) so if I'm missing any relevant data that needs to be considered, or if the order of valuation here is not correct I'd love your input and advice. I can't really physically add all of Samurai's SEO data here, but they are all fairly low competition as far as I can tell. If there's a way for me to post the file or something for viewing I can do that too.

Keyword 1:
Google searches: 60500
SEOT (estimated clicks in #1 spot): 835
Competition (google's ranking): medium
SEOC (competing websites for that keyword): 3090

Keyword 2:
Google searches: 49,500
SEOT: 835
Competition: medium
SEOC: 8190

Keyword 3:
Google searches: 40,500
SEOT: 559
Competition: medium
SEOC: 6470

Keyword 4:
Google searches: 40,500
SEOT: 559
Competition: medium
SEOC: 16,500

Keyword 5:
Google searches: 40,500
SEOT: 559
Competition: medium
SEOC: 43,000

Keyword 6:
Google searches: 27,100
SEOT: 374
Competition: medium
SEOC: 6960

Thanks in advance for any advice!

I am new also but you should also consider the CPC. if you get 800 clicks at 0.50 each then you may be better off getting 300 clicks at 2.00 each. just a thought

Sorry, should have mentioned - there isn't adsense or ads on this site. We sell our own products. We're a printing company and have "niche" websites, each with a different product that users design online, and we print and ship. This is our third site but it's the first one that I'm doing my own SEO research.

It's the number of competing websites with the same or similar keywords.

MS doesn't give you a very good idea of competition. You should be doing an on page and link analysis of the top 3, 5, or 10 on each of those keywords. I use ahrefs.com for link analysis myself.

I run all of the keywords I'm interested in through the free version of Traffic Travis to get a general idea of the top 10 competition. I'll then manually do a bit of research on the top 3 for the keywords that look promising.

Also, OP, don't get TOO caught up in keyword research. KW research tends to lead to "paralysis by analysis."
