How to target 18/19 year olds in the UK

Any ideas other than facebook ads for targeting 18 and 19 year olds in the United Kingdom, preferably using CPC? Any website suggestions would be great. The age range must be exact, so a site where user registration is necessary would be a good option I think.

    You could try facebook ads. You can go pretty specific in there, you are able to set their age, sex, interest and so on...

    Any of the major matchmaker/date type sites would probably allow you to target that specific demographic (If 18-19 age is all you care about).

      Google Adwords would be my recommedation. You can use UK best teenages portals, websites or Blogs to target 18-19 years age group youth. Target the websites{display network} rather then using keywords. Second recommedation would be educational forums where target age group can be found.

    I think you misunderstood the question. Can you name any other PPC networks that allow you to target by age, other than Facebook ads?

      Ohhhh...I gotcha.

      Why would you use anything other than Facebook? It's the biggest human database in history. You're not going to find anything that comes close in terms of size and reach.

      However, if you're looking for alternatives then Plenty of Fish and Craigslist might be options for you.

      Outside of facebook, almost every other ad network is just guessing about age, since they don't have the information.

    I'm having trouble with Facebook, their support is dire. I've tried creating another account but that one didn't work either. There must be other options.

    POF is CPM only. I'm looking for CPC. I don't think Craigslist has a very good following in the UK.

    Any other suggestions very welcome.

    OK I'm still having trouble with Facebook. Even a new account I opened will not work. It just says when I try to add any card "Please try again later"...

    No response from Facebook support.
