Page Rank moving in the wrong direction?

Hey guys,

I've been lurking this forum for a while now but unfortunately haven't had much to contribute since I don't know much about search engine marketing. Just wondering if any of you guys could give me some insight into why my website is moving down in PR when I've been adding new and strong (imo) content. I was at PR 2 a couple months back and after doing some work on my website, I'm now back at 1. The domain is TruthOnPot.com

Any help is appreciated!

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I've been getting more pageviews and google clicks over this time period

Pr is bases on the power of your backlinks, content is not a part of it

your page rank has little to do with anything.

If you haven't created any new backlinks, I'd say the reason
is because you've been growing your site and your internal
links are spreading the "link love" around to other sites.

I wouldn't worry about the PR thing, just keep creating new
    content and promoting it.

PageRank is solely based on incoming links and doesn’t have anything to do with the quality of content on the website. Most likely the incoming backlinks coming to the site which were giving the website PR2 had been deleted. So the website dropped to PR1.
