hi.. i got this old blog of mine on blogger.com
its a cake recipes blog with about 20 posts all self written.

now i do have some posts like for example 'fruit cake recipe'
i researched and i see that keyword has some decent gobal hits..

and i am not doing anything with this blog at this moment... so can i use my scrapebox and blast it with 'fruit cake recipe' anchored links to that article??

will google penalize a blogger blog?

In my experience, as long as it's drip fed and looks organic you won't have a problem. I use quite a few Web 2.0s to backlink and I drip feed the tier 2 links which are indexed every few days. Keeps Google happy and doesn't trigger any red flags.

U cannot make ur blog rank only by creating links via blog commenting.. U need to blast different kinds of links such as wiki links, bookmarking, article directories and so on.. If U need serious help with ur blog and ready to spend a small amount of money then I am ur guy.. Hit me a PM..

It seems to me you are willing to do some quick anchoring for your site, in tier 1 which can create serious problem for you. Instead of doing such things try to make some natural blogs.

Anchor text is a big consideration post Panda. I have read many schools of thought on it. I tend to use the URL instead of the keyword for around 50% of my anchor text.

The rest is made up of "keyword", "click here", "more info here" etc etc.

With the several algorithm updates, it’s not recommended to blast links like with Scrapebox. Blasting links at sites usually resulted to a massive negative link velocity. There are other ways that can help you rank more effectively including building links from several authority domains (contextual links from wiki, social bookmarking, article directories, blog posts, document sharing, video, etc).

Yes google can penelize you for that If you make lots of backlinks in a day so you must start it from low then it will be all fine... I have seen few peoples who use automatic tools to make 1000+ backlinks a day which is un-natural for google and then Google can penalize you for sure.

If you care about your web20 like you care about your own site, obviously treat it as such. Say you have an awesome blogger blog with 20 quality posts, pictures, the whole shot.. I would not 'blast' that. Rather, build other web20 buffer sites around it, and blast those, since those would be the ones you don't particularily care whether they disappear or not.

Or create other web20 buffer sites around your blogger blog, but treat each of those like you would your own site, then don't blast those, but build other web20 buffer sites around those, and blast those.. see where I'm going with this? It could go on forever
