How would you manage this SEO team?

I'd love to get your thoughts on this...

I am an American now living in a third-world country where the cost of labor is very low. So, to boost my Internet Marketing efforts, I've hired several local guys who graduated from the local computer college.

(Lost of marketers outsource SEO work to this country; I have the advantage of actually being here, to supervise my team.)

I run a number of websites in the "dating" niche. (E-books and videos for guys who want to be more successful in dating.)

So for the past few months, I've had these workers doing a variety of things -- setting up profiles and backlinks on the social media sites, submitting my promotional videos through Traffic Geyser, submitting articles, book-marking my articles, etc.

My traffic and sales have improved (but not a lot), and my number of backlinks has remained fairly stagnant.

Here's my question. Let's say you were able to hire three workers tomorrow to help you with your internet marketing. They are NOT experts. They need to be trained.

How would you have them spend their time? What type of work-flow would you try to implement? Would you dedicate each guy to a certain task each day? (One guy does video marketing? One guy handles blogs? etc)

Any thoughts you have on this would be appreciated. I'm fortunate that I can build a team here very inexpensively, but I don't feel that I'm using them the way I should, to really drive up my traffic, search engine rankings, and sales. I'm still trying to figure out what the daily work flow should be.

Thanks!

Get them to create a blogfarm and do article and directory submission, blog tagging, forum posting aswell as reciprocal linking. Check the private forum for more detailed link building techniques.

I would put them on elance websites, and gather clients on a part time basis, while they make money for me too. Your new clients will pay for your wages that go to your workers, then you profit CLEAR from your own work.

If their english is good I would have at least one of them write articles for your websites to increase content and get more long tail traffic and then have them write other articles for distribution and link building.

You need to have them doing the link building bits that would normally send us to sleep but are so important to your site's rankings.

I have always believed in segregation of work by functions for my SEO team. For eg. one handles article submissions and blog commenting , the other handles video marketing and so on depending on their level of English proficiency.

After which I will breakdown the new projects in to the various functions and assign them to the individuals in the team, makes it more systemized I feel

I'd personally ask each one of them which tasks (that I have in my mind) that they would like to do and comfortable with, thus minimal training.
