What is the genral percentage of real visitors vs bots?

Does anyone have any rough estimates which you should deduct from your traffic to measure properly the real visitors.. obviously if you on page 6 for a keyword much of this traffic if not all will be bots... but for keywords where you are on page 1 do you deduct 60% 50% 40% 30%... to get a estimate of real visitors?
Also a question is does the adwords do the same for there adwords traffic estimates? or do you have to deduct something from that as well?
