Hi friends, sorry for asking a dull question. Can you please suggest the price for my blog? Its stats are as below:

PR4
-Alexa Rank 64K and improving further. (I know Webmasters don't believe in -Alexa Rank but my blog really receives good traffic )
-Domain Authority 30 (I am not satisfied this. It is unfair for my blog )
-6K+ pageviews per day from search engines

I am a student and now my thesis work is going to start later in this year, so I will be unable to maintain my blog, so I am thinking to sell it. In beginning, I have done guest blogging and so my ranking is brilliant. It is under blogging niche and ranks on first page of search results for what I write. Please give me an idea about the price, I am really confused.

Does you blog make any money? It's ability to generate revenue is a big factor in it's worth.

All of that stuff is irrelevant except for one question, does your site make money? Or does it have extremely high potential to become profitable once monetized?

Depends how much money it makes. And the price you'll receive depends on how fast you'd like to sell it. Anything from 1-3 years of your revenue(is my best guess). The quicker you want it sold the more likely you will receive just 1 years worth of revenue and not the 3.

Is the website currently monetized? What niche is your website in? Where/how do you get the majority of your traffic (country and source type, e.g., social, search, PPC, etc)?

The posts above arent entirely true, it could also be worth a decent amount of money if it has good backlinks and solid PR.

I monetize it with AdSense. It earns good. Currently, I am not accepting direct advertisers. I have received offers of 70-100$ for a backlink for three months

Its niche is blogging. It ranks well for content related to blogging, website hosting, templates, SEO and other topics. Yes I monetize it with AdSense. There are 135 posts currently

Yes it makes money. All the traffic is from search engines so I am feeling comfort with AdSense. It can be taken to heights if maintained well. I am unable to maintain it due to my hard studies.

I am monetizing it with AdSense. I have to sell it by June of this year. My thesis work will start, so I would be unable to maintain it.

Yes with AdSense. It is under blogging niche.. Most of my blog's traffic comes from US, UK, India, Canada and Saudi Arabia. Source of the traffic are search engines. Google sends me about 90% of the total traffic.

Hi Dennis, yes it has solid backlinks and stands on the first page of Google for the posts which I write under my niche. Its PR is 4 and I am expecting improvement in it in next update.

When it all comes down to it your'e the only one that can decide how much your site is worth. A good way to estimate though is to lurk around the sites for sale section, or the auctions at digital point, and get a good feel for how much similar PR4s are going for. Then take your monthly Adsense revenue and multiply it by 12. Add those two numbers and you'll get a decent estimate for how much your site is worth. Hope that helps.

editM me and let me know how much you want for it.

Thank you Dennis, will calculate it. If the price doesn't come according to my expectation, then I'll cancel the sale
