I was curious what manual offpage seo do you do yourself?
I personally use Scrapebox to only scrape high pr nicherelated blogs where i post comments on manually. I often use my keyword as second name in order to get my comments approved. for example if my keyword is "cars", i will put in the field name box "Peter Cars".
Also a nice tip for you if you want your manual comments approved, "Ask a question regarding the article, webmasters tend to approve your comment just so they can answare you in a sub-comment".
Beside this i also make high authority profiles at places like wordpress/adobe/opera etc.. manually offcorse.
All i do automated is pinging my backlinks.
