Why does Serpfox estimate higher traffic than adwords?

I just noticed this and now I'm curious which one I should trust, serpfox or adwords?
Naturally I'm inclined to trust adwords more, but I'm still curious why serpfox is estimating higher traffic for most my keywords. Its probably not a huge deal for most niches, but in my niche even 100-200 difference is fairly significant.
Has anyone done any tests on this? Adwords is more accurate right?

ps. they're not all higher, seems like about 70% roughly.
