Alexa showing pageload time 10.513 seconds

I am running few website including webmasters forum (Search Optimization Forum- Talkinwebforum). Few are running on shared hosting and some are on vps. Today when is was checking alexa ranking for these website i came to know that site running on vps has page load time 10.513 and sites are running on shared hosting page load time is 4.056. Is this page load time is correct as i can't believe that site runs on vps is getting more page load time then shared hosting. any suggestion
