Which is really the best when finding a new niche market to establish yourself in?
I've heard from lots of "gurus" that you should try to find a niche which have a high competition on the keyword and with a high ($4-5) CPC rate.
Is this true?
Seems to me it would be a lot easier to market where there is little to no competition.
