Question about private blog network

I have a pretty decent private blog network of PR3-PR6 sites. Most of them are hosted on seperated hosts. However, all of the domains are swedish (ending with .se). The content is also in swedish. I have been using those blogs to rank .se sites, but what if I try to rank .com , .net , .org sites with them? Would it look suspicious? What you think?

Im not really sure but since the site and the content is not in english then maybe it would look suspicious.

Not sure, maybe you could make English language sections in those websites, and make links.
    Cheers.

I won't advice you to rank English sites on Swedish domains. It could look spammy.

The first thing I would suggest is to not in any way be orientated around PageRank - Swedish or not, think about how the search engine works. Do Swedish sites link to English-language sites? Of course they do. Is this factor alone likely to indicate that the link is in some way manipulative? Of course now.

Above all else, try and create value - for every link you generate, try and back it up with unique content, and a fair amount of it; make sure it's legible English, and make it of a decent quality.
