Anybody got a contact phone number for Adwords?

I've sent email requests for assistance which appear to be getting ignored. So if anybody's got a phone number that I can call, that'd be great.
Here's my issue...
Each day for the past several days, my adwords account is showing twice as many clicks for my site as the total number of visitors from all sources combined. For example, if Google Analytics and WebCEO both agree with each other and state that I've had a grand total of 250 visitors today from all sources, Google Adwords will say that they sent me 500 clicks today. This has been going on for awhile.
I'm trying to get a large promo campaign up and running, and Adwords is expensive enough without being 'fraudulently' charged for non-existent visitors.
Anybody else have this issue with Adwords? Got a contact person or number that I can call?
