I know someone with a ton of quality content that he is not monetizing, but he wants to. I am going to build a site with his content (fiction book related) and Amazon links (and maybe others) and we are going to split the revenue.
Questions -
What would you try to sell on a fiction book site other than books?
Have you participated in this kind of JV before? Contracts, issues, advice?
Thoughts on how to protect both of our interests? My Amazon account or his, either way one of us is at risk.
