How do you guys post your Amazon affiliate links to maximize your SEO? Do you shorten them and nofollow them? Just nofollow them? Do you use tinyurl instead? Redirect? Not use links and instead use banners/widgets?

I've seen an improvement in CTR when I changed from widgets to links. What I do is simply make use of the amzn.to shortener, then add nofollow in the HTML editor; however, I have read that nofollowing an Amazon link can still have some PR juice escaping, which is a problem as I tend to post 4-8 links in a given article (would appreciate if anyone can confirm the PR juice still escaping with nofollow tag).

So, how do you post your Amazon affiliate links to maximize your SEO?

I always cloak affiliate links so they will look like "www.yourwebsite.com/out/product-name or www.yourwebsite.com/product-name".

I've seen some people do this, but isn't it against Amazon's ToC?

Does this cloaking confer any SEO advantage other than the fact that the person who clicks will not be previewing that the link is an Amazon one?
