Would Google consider this spamming/link farm?

I'm trying to improve my SEO by creating pages for keywords.

Is the following that I've created spammy for Google? Should I not do it? Is there a better way?

Thanks

As a language lover I think your site is very cool. As far as the master list of languages... meh I can see where you would want it and where it would be necessary. Can you do the same thing with a drop down menu?

Hey, the idea is to make it for search engines, a drop down wouldn't work and thanks for your comment about my site!

No it's not spammy. That's basically a category page and all the links point to separate areas of your site so you'll be fine. If you were doing backlinking then that would also be a good page to send some PR to. Nice design btw.

Ok, thanks for your opinion, I'll wait a little bit to see what others think, and I'm glad you like the design

Ahhhhh I thought it was to enhance user experience and you were worried about Google not approving. In that case wouldn't your sitemap do the same job? Oh nevermind that is your sitemap lol So the question is whether or not Google doesn't like sitemaps?

I would use A-Z list with javascript or css dropdowns. With the space saved I would put some explanatory content that lets users know what your site is all about. Guide them a bit more on what you want them to do.
