Want to know everyone saying we need unique content to web 2.0 sites for the tier 1 but IF google not read those content than how they decide whether it is low quality content again IF the web 2.0 sites accepted that article, i am confused here please advice

    In terms of rankings, unique content on Web 2.0s isn't an absolute necessity. You can take one article an use it on a few of em at a time, think syndication.

    Readability is only important if you want your web 2.0s to have a long and healthy life-span and not get deleted by the host for spam. But then again even that isn't guaranteed.

    Agree with dennis, when it comes to page.. google wont read your content but google will just crawl over your content. its all bout interlink with other site, relevancy of the page + links + keywords etc., density of keywords.
