Clicking my own AdSense ads

There is an ad on one of my sites that keeps appearing as I am editing the site, that I want to click so bad. I want to know what they have to offer. But I don't want to get in trouble, so i don't click it. And i continue to wonder, what it is that they have, cuz I really would consider buying it if it is as good as the ad infers.

Bummer!:p

Adsense ads tend to follow you around...go to a bunch of other sites and you will probably see it...then you can check it out.

A lot of times If you hover your cursor over the Adsense Ad it will show the Ad domain, open another browser tab & search the domain.

Google serves ads based on your interest / search (cookie based) and probably you can find the same ads on any other related sites like yours.

I have a travel site, and i don't spend any time perusing such sites as I had not intended on doing any traveling. But this ad for deep discounts on travel is very enticing, to me at least.

As soon as you release the left mouse button an unmarked FBI car will pull up in front of your house, four guys in black suits, dark sunglasses will start pounding on your front door & peaking in the windows. The front door gets knocked off it's hinges & the azz wooping begins. On the way out the twisted front door, the last guy will turn around & mumble read the d@mn Adsense TOS, as he shakes the dust of his suit & walks out the door.

      True story...

I think this whole thing falls under the heading of "Getting high on your own supply."

Seriously, if you want to know about the offer behind the ad, put whatever text is in the ad or a description of the photo into Google, and probably the offer will pop up at the top of Google under "sponsored links."
