Old content on new domain?

My aged domain was penalized almost one year ago. It was penalized because of unnatural links, not because of duplicate content. It has 100% unique content. Since it was penalized, It started to get a little or no link juice from other sites so I stopped building links becauce I thought it was waste of time to invest on it. I decided to buy a new domain and remove the whole site from search engine.

My question is Would there be any issues with my brand new domain if I moved all the content from my penalized site to the new one ? Would it affect new site badly?

Make sure that any of the content from your previous site isn't indexed in Google, then you should be fine.

yes, I removed my old domain from search results completely. When I use site: command (site:myolddomain.com) , I don't see any results anymore.

Should I wait a few days or weeks before I submit my new site with old content to google ?

I don't see why you would need to wait. Go ahead and add content. I removed all pages from Google once, did a site:domain.com check, and added the new content straight away. Never ran into any issues.

Cool.. then, I guess you're good to go. Also rewriting some of it is a good idea, to be more safe.

My advice would be to professionally rewrite the old content before adding it to the new site. That way, you'll be 100% safe.
