What's average time for Google to Crawl Backlinks?

I'm working on my client site www.saiinstitutes.in and about 40 backlinks has been created in past week including links from some authority sites like twitter and facebook which gets frequently crawled by google. But google hasn't count even a single backlink yet. What am I missing here?

Let me add more details:
Not 40, in last 6 days, 25 links has been created every single day and it was all diversified links. That's about 150 links. I have added videos, images, articles, social bookmarkings, social posts, directories, etc., To make it effective, I was adding the links from sites that has a good PR and authoritative. Ofcoures, not every site is authoritative in their domain, but still the backlinks created are from good source majorly and I believe they all have value since all the contents are original and must be valuable to the users.

One more point to add: I'm getting good traffic from those article and video sites which means users liking the content and so should google per their words

    There isn't one, it depends on the relative value of the backlink - if it's crap, they may not even bother. After all, why do they need yet more junk in their index?

    I dont know whether you have made quality back-links or not but i must suggest you that your website need SEO done as it has 0 backlinks.Do promote your website on google+ local places, social bookbarking and directory websites with unique and quality content.

    GoogleBot doesn't follow links with the NoFollow tag like those found on Facebook and Twitter. So, Google is yet to be enticed to crawl your site.

    Google can easily discover those backlinks which are worthy to be indexed. Links which offers value to visitors are a big plus to Google. Also, building backlinks from high authority domain with good PR will give your sites authority and will allow search engines to see your sites easily.

    - Authority of the domain
    - Ping or no pinging
    - Tiered backlinking or no

    This really depends. Google may have seen all of the links by now, but they might not add them to their results or webmaster tools yet. It really also depends on the quality of the links. Facebook and Twitter are mentioned but not much else.

    How do you know Google hasn't count a single backlink yet? Often results don't show up immediately with Google.com or whatever the Google extension is, could be cool to know how you drop this conclusion amigo..

      Hi, you are right. I should have said that google doesn't show any backlinks yet. Maybe they have taken it and processing. Whatever, earlier I used to get much quicker results then now .

    It depends on the site from which you get back links. If the page from which you get back links gets updates frequently, the page will get crawled frequently as a result your back links will too get crawled soon.

    To get your links indexed faster, create linkwheels and/or get them indexed using an indexer service/software.

    What are you using to see whether they're indexed? Webmaster tools?

      I use google webmaster, some backlink checker tools and ofcourse, google operator link: to check backlinks.

      There is no fixed time to crawl a backlinks. However I have a question that did you checked backlinks in Google Webmaster Tools or in Google Search with "site:example.com"?

    Depends on the site/PR. For example, FB links are instant (like seconds). I know this because I post content from my website onto my fan page.

    Twitter is the same.

    Some links simply don't get indexed, specially ones on N/A or PR0. (imo)
    Thats why lots of people here backlink their backlinks for them to get indexed.

    Example:
    You just made a high autority profile backlink on Opera / Nature.com etc etc..
    If you own Scrapebox or another tool. Make about 20-30 backlink comments pointing to your profile backlink. then ping those comment pages trough mass ping or even better RSS ping.
    Then you got some chance that it will get indexed.
