Stumped: Money, no apparent clicks

I have had some money added to daily totals without
a detected or reported click. But it has been very low
compared to overall total. I chalked this up to maybe
someone paying for image views, even without a click
on a CPM basis or something. For example, let's say
I've had a total of x amount of clicks for $100, but the
total money shows $100.78 or something. That 78 cents
is not accounted for.
Today is different. The "No attributed clicks" total
is roughly 42% of total money. That's huge. And the
total keeps going up.
Just someone paying a huge CPM for banner shown or?
