There are many reasons for the number of clicks in Adwords being different from visits in Analytics. It is highly technical and deals with the execution of the trackpageview in the Google Analytics tracking code which is Javascript. Sometimes the user clicks the back button even before giving the page a chance to load. This leads to a click showing up in Adwords but in Analytics there will be no corresponding visit. It also depends on the session time in Analytics. For the full technical detail, please visit Data Discrepancies between AdWords and Analytics on websites - Analytics Help
