Traffic Dropped - For everyone OR Is it just me ?

Hi warriors,
I'm bemused by an unexpected traffic drop on my website. The site used to average around 500 unique organic visitors a day. Yesterday, the number was 415 and today it's just 185.
I did not make any changes to the site design and structure. I have checked the rankings for all the major keywords, nothing is wrong with the SERPs (just 2 or 3 positions have been shuffled) ..What can be the reason?

    If you have the analytics numbers, then you can see exactly which traffic source / keyword dropped.

    How old is the site? Without knowing that, it could be due to the QDF dropping off.

    Yep it was everyone. Today nearly everyone stopped using the internet so traffic dropped for everyone. :rolleyes:

    lol.... "everyone stopped using the internet" ...

    I guess if you don't drop in the ranking, then I think there are days when less people are looking for the terms. you should see for 2 weeks and don't easily get panic.

    Simple question, have you been using a blog network? Either A your site is penalized OR your rankings are simply bouncing.
