Inter Linking Mutiple Sites for SEO/PageRank

I run a dedicated server with 35-60 sites ranging from PR N/A to PR 1 some sites are linked and others aren't. My question is if I inter link all sites does it have an effect on all the PR for all my sites in a positive way or will it pull down my (suck the juice) from my top sites. Most sites are PR N/A or Pr 0.

its not really a matter of hurting your PR or not (PR has little bearing on ranking anyway), but you shouldn't link your sites together from the same server and IP...

It won't do anything, you'll just have a load of interlinking sites on the same server/ IP which is pretty useless for SEO ultimately. Google is not silly and can see right through what your doing.

Get some links coming in from other websites, when one of your websites get stronger, the rest will follow! (Slightly).

Well i have 5 ips and am looking at purchasing more,....I have links from other sites...I fail to understand how

"when one of your websites get stronger, the rest will follow! (Slightly)." if they are not linked?

also if (PR has little bearing on ranking anyway) then why would people value high PR backlinks also why would google even bother assigning PR to pages?

If I were to purchase more ips and spread the domains across the ips and inter link 30-60 sites all with lower PR would it slowly increase the PR of all domains/pages linked?

Receiving a high PR link and your site being high PR are two totally different things...

Receiving from a relevant high PR link shows google you are rank worthy...its a vote for your site basically...the fact that YOUR site is high PR doesn't mean much when it comes to ranking for a particular keyword...

No Effect because every websites has their own IP's it wont pass down its PR Juices if you don't interlink with them. now problem is your network.. if you have that number of website on one server.. you should use different classes of IP's never put them into one class ip only you should use different from each site..

Man I can't believe the junk here.

Same IP has nothing, let me repeat that NOTHING to do with
passing PR. The internet runs on shared hosting, from the
warriorforum to gasbuddy, and everything in between.

That's funny, actually. It would mean that your internal linking
      would be useless...

Link away. In fact, I keep saying it's one of the biggest, well-kept
      secrets online.

You people need to stop repeating things you heard from a guy
      who knows a guy.
