Can't log in infolinks advertiser account?

I can't log in infolinks advertiser account. i need stop my campaign many clicks not convert. Do they still charge me ? now no support , no answer, email support return auto message:

The traffic keep coming in and i can't log in to stop my campaign. Don't charge me for those clicks.

    A couple weeks ago I tried to set up a new advertiser account with them and got the same message above. They haven't notified me yet if it is back up.
