Article Distribution *Need Advice*

Is it advisable to distribute an article to many Article Directories or Blog Networks like Wordpress, Blogger, etc.? I am worried about duplicate content penalty. Please help. Thanks in advance!

    If possible use unique article for all the sites where you are submitting. Or else use some article spinner to spin your article and then submit. Make sure the spinned article is human readable.
