Removed own site from google

I removed my old Amazon site from google index as it wasnt ranking at all. it had about 600 amazon links out which is why it didnt rank. I wanted all these removed from google so I rquested a REMOVE URL to get rid of the lot.
I setup new content and have setup new webmater account and submitted the new sitemap.

2 weeks later and my site is still not even indexed and I cannot see it with site: or info:

Will it come back or is it gone for ever once i removed it ?

    What's the site? What kind of content do you have there? What is the site's function? WHat kind of user experience does your site provide? There are many factors here besides the Amazon links and your initial removal of the URL.

    wouldnt it have been easier to nofollow all outgoing links? or am i missing something...
