Google Adsense Account Problem

Hello.

I recently closed my adsense account since I couldn't change payee name so I had to open a new one. Now, I'm making a new campaign and it involves blogging. So now I cannot make a new account since it's giving me that my postal code is wrong but it isn't. It's the same address and city from the previous account so it should be the postal code.


Anyone has an idea how to solve this?
Also, could you please tell me similar sites like google adsense that pay by check?

    No, when I started earning some money, I noticed that I spelled my name wrong... -.-

    I made the account like 4 years ago.

    You should not close your account but ask the AdSense team to make correction to your address if you were not able to do it by yourself.
