      Exactly.

      Maybe the page has better on-page optimization for the keywords? Or, maybe it's a newer site that is experiencing a bit of a boost before dropping down?

      Yep, of the sites listed he has

      ConsumerReviews, CNET, Amazon, and BestBuy...they can rank any page they want...since they have massive authority.
